The Most Expensive Lofts in Toronto

This list consists of the most expensive, luxurious lofts in Toronto. Lofts are generally expensive, given their unique features (soaring ceilings, open floorplans, exposed brick, exposed ductwork and history) as well as the overall supply/demand dynamics associated with them (see Lofts as Investments). However, this is a list of the MOST expensive lofts in Toronto. The majority of which are located in exclusive, smaller buildings with large luxury loft suites typically ranging from 1000 to 5000 square feet.

The criteria to make this list is for these lofts to sell for over $500 per square foot on average. That’s not to say that other lofts won’t exceed that price. With the right view, floor level and finishings, that is very possible. These lofts made the Most Expensive Lofts in Toronto list because on “average,” they are over $550 per square foot.

To give a little perspective with regards to cost per square foot, a 1500 square foot 2 bedroom loft would cost:

- $600,000 at $400 per square foot
- $675,000 at $450 per square foot
- $750,000 at $500 per square foot
- $825,000 at $550 per square foot
- $900,000 at $600 per square foot
- $975,000 at $650 per square foot
