Chocolate Factory Lofts – 955 Queen Street West

The Chocolate Factory Lofts consists of two existing historic loft buildings linked together with a third building in the middle. Not exactly an easy design and engineering task… But the result is quite stunning.

Located at Queen and Crawford, this hard loft houses 146 suites spread over six floors. Loft suites feature wooden posts, steel beams, exposed brick, floor to ceiling windows and of course high ceilings. The old part of the loft includes wood slate or corrugated steel barn style ceilings.

The Chocolate Factory, like many of Toronto’s best lofts, is located in the trendy Queen West neighbourhood – across from Trinity Bellwoods Park.
