I know LOFTS. After a brief discuss about your criteria, I’ll be able list the exact lofts that best fit your character and taste. I work as a full time real estate broker exclusively in the downtown condo and loft market.
You’ll save more money. The Toronto Real Estate Board shows that the average Realtor negotiates the list price of a property down to about 98.5%. Between 2010 and 2011, my clients paid 96.7% on average for their properties. That is an almost 2% gap that literally translates into thousands of dollars in savings.
You’ll see more listings. On occasion, realtors will promote a new listing to top performing and/or ‘niche’ realtors before listing publicly on MLS. These are Exclusive Listings. My clients have immediate access to them before they go public.
